Westfield Group has today issued a statement concerning its Chairman, Mr Frank Lowy, AC, who is also Chairman of Football Federation Australia.

Westfield Group has today issued a statement concerning its Chairman, Mr Frank Lowy, AC, who is also Chairman of Football Federation Australia.

The statement says: “Mr Frank Lowy is in hospital receiving treatment for inflammation of the bile duct, a condition known as cholangitis. It is being treated with antibiotics and a full recovery is expected.”

On behalf of the football community, the FFA Board, CEO Ben Buckley, management and staff send their best wishes to Mr Lowy for a speedy recovery.
