This website Football Family and any related websites which link directly to these terms and conditions (collectively, the FFA Site) is owned and/or managed and published by Football Federation Australia (“FFA”). By entering the FFA Site you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions). If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you should exit the FFA Site.

From time to time FFA may modify these Terms and Conditions. FFA will post the updated Terms and Conditions here and they will take effect immediately or on a date which is nominated in the posting. Your ongoing use of the FFA Site after the changes take effect signifies your agreement to the updated Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for checking these Terms and Conditions regularly for changes. If you disagree with changes that are made to the Terms and Conditions, you may terminate your membership as provided below.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy, available makes important disclosures regarding the collection and use of any information you provide to or post on the FFA Site, including personal information.

All material on the FFA Site posted by FFA, its service providers, agents or contractors, is protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and, through international treaties and agreements, under the laws of other countries. Unless expressly stated to the contrary, FFA owns copyright in all the material on the FFA Site.

Other than for the purpose of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), or as otherwise stated below, no material on the FFA Site may be altered, reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted without the prior written consent of FFA.

Termination

At its absolute discretion, FFA may terminate and prohibit your access to all or any parts of the FFA Site.

You may terminate your membership of the FFA Site at any time. Where you do so, you will continue to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as applicable.

The FFA Site may contain links to third party websites. FFA is not responsible for the condition or the content of those websites, as they are not under FFA's control. Any link(s) provided are solely for your convenience. The presence of links does not amount, expressly or impliedly, to any endorsement of the website(s) or the products or services provided there. Your access to those websites and use of their products and services is entirely at your own risk.

The FFA Site and its contents are provided without any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FFA disclaims all representations and warranties, including by way of example but not limitation, as to fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

FFA makes no representation that material in and/or facilities or services offered through the FFA Site will be available for use in locations outside of Australia, or that they comply with any legal or regulatory requirements of such other locations. Those who choose to access the FFA Site do so at their own risk and on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent any local laws are applicable.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia and, by using the FFA Site; you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes and waive any and all objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

Miscellaneous

Any waiver of any provision of these terms must be in writing and signed by FFA to be valid. A waiver of any provision hereunder shall not operate as a waiver of any other provision, or a continuing waiver of the same provision in the future. If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms to be void or unenforceable for any reason then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the court's finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire understanding and agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and supersede any and all prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral or written, and shall not be modified except in writing by FFA.
