SSG are football games with fewer players competing on a smaller-sized field. They are fun games that encourage players to have more contact with the ball because fewer players are playing in a smaller area, EMPHASIS IS ON PLAYER DEVELOPMENT. SSG have a definite developmental impact on younger football players.

These practical sessions were conducted with the help of Port Lincoln S.C coach Joe Perrone. The practical sessions in Adelaide were conducted with the help of FFSA Development Officers Airton Andrioli, Nathan Kosmina and Adelaide City Coach Yves Norrito.

The FFSA will be conducting SSG Presentations at Clubs and Associations throughout the year. Information will be made available through club delegates.
