Social media reaction to Westfield Matildas' thumping win in Perth

The Westfield Matildas put on a show in Perth on Monday night, crushing Thailand 5-0 with star attacker Lisa De Vanna netting a double. 

Playing their first ever international in the Western Australian capital, the Matildas completely dominated their AFC rivals in a superb all-round display. 

WA-born star Sam Kerr was the main attraction and although she was unable to find the net, the 24-year-old picked up an assist for De Vanna's second goal. 

With five goals, 34 shots and more than 70% of possession, the 7549 fans at nib Stadium certainly got their money's worth from the Matildas.
