The independent Match Review Panel (MRP) – consisting of Simon Micallef (Chair), Alan Davidson and Alan Contini, convened to consider an incident from Round 19 of the Hyundai A-League 2014/15 Season.
In or around the 77th minute of Brisbane Roar FC’s match against Perth Glory on Saturday 28 February 2015 an incident involving Corey Brown (Brisbane Roar FC) occurred.
The MRP has the authority to consider the incident as Corey Brown was issued with a direct red card.
The MRP confirmed that Corey Brown will serve a suspension of one (1) match, being the minimum sanction for the offence of denying the opposing team an obvious goal-scoring opportunity.
