Manchester United and Arsenal shared the points on the weekend with a 1-1 draw. Alessia Russo struck first against her old team before United’s Melvine Malard equalised late in the second half.
Arsenal had the better of the opportunities throughout the game, but were just unable to convert when it mattered.
Caitlin Foord and Steph Catley both started the match for the Gunners, while Kyra Cooney-Cross was a late substitute.
Manchester City eased past newly promoted Crystal Palace 3-0. Jess Park, Jill Roord and Khadija Shaw were on the scoresheet as they dominated with 80% possession and 23 shots to 4.
Alanna Kennedy started and played the full match for City. Mary Fowler was unavailable due to illness.
Brighton & Hove Albion have continued their impressive start to the season, defeating Leicester City 1-0. Nikita Parris was the sole goal scorer in the first half. Brighton were the dominant team throughout, restricting Leicester to two shots and having the majority of possession.
Courtney Nevin continued her run of starts for the Foxes, playing left wing-back before being withdrawn after 70 minutes. Charlie Rule is still yet to make her return into the matchday squad after injury.
Tottenham Hotspur benefited from a dramatic late winner to make it 2-1 and take all three points against West Ham. Bethany England cancelled out Riko Ueki’s first-half strike, before an unfortunate own goal in stoppage time gifted Spurs the win.

Clare Hunt started and played the full match for Spurs. Charli Grant was an unused substitute, while Hayley Raso remains unavailable with injury.
For West Ham, Katrina Gorry started and played the full match. The Hammers currently sit second bottom, still seeking their first win.
Liverpool held on to defeat Aston Villa 2-1. Taylor Hinds’ first-half brace was the difference as Villa weren’t able to gain enough of a foothold in the game to walk away with a point.
Teagan Micah appeared on the bench for the first time since her injury as an unused substitute for Liverpool.
The round ended with a statement victory from the defending champions Chelsea, mauling Everton to win 5-0. Five separate goal-scorers lobbed up for the visitors, consigning Everton to bottom place to end the round.
Clare Wheeler was a half-time substitute for Everton. Sam Kerr remains unavailable for Chelsea as she continues her rehabilitation for her ACL injury.
France
Lyon secured a vital victory over the weekend, defeating title challengers PSG 1-0. A first-half Tabitha Chawinga goal was the difference between the two sides. The scoreline was slightly misleading, however – Lyon had 68% possession, and the shots statistic read 29 to 2.

Paris FC were unable to find the breakthrough against Nantes, being held to a scoreless draw over the weekend. Sarah Hunter was not named in the matchday squad.
United States
The Portland Thorns defeated Angel City FC 3-0 to give themselves momentum heading into post-season. Christine Sinclair, Sophia Smith and Morgan Weaver all scored in the first half to give themselves an unassailable lead.
Mackenzie Arnold was an unused substitute for the Thorns.
The North Carolina Courage fell 1-0 to the Washington Spirit in their final game before the play-offs. Ashley Hatch’s first-half goal was the difference between the two sides.
Cortnee Vine was not named in the Courage’s matchday squad.
The San Diego Wave finished their season with a morale-boosting 3-1 victory over Racing Louisville. Jaedyn Shaw, Maria Sanchez and Savannah McCaskill were the goal scorers as they bow out of the 2024 season on a high.
Emily van Egmond played the full match in midfield for the home side. Kaitlyn Torpey was unavailable due to the injury that she acquired during the international break.
Sweden
Kristianstads DFF defeated Djurgårdens IF 3-1 to continue their positive end of season form. Hlín Eiríksdóttir scored a stunning individual effort, before Rut Anna Tilda Persson and Mathilde Janzen’s goals lifted Kristianstads to victory.
Remy Siemsen and Clare Polkinghorne both played the full match for Kristianstads.
AIK Fotboll secured another massive victory, defeating Trelleborg 4-0 and guaranteeing that they will not be in the automatic relegation places come the end of the season. Beata Olsson scored a brace, with Maja Johansson and Flicia Saving also on the scoresheet.

It was another clean sheet for Jada Whyman who has had a positive impact since arriving at the club.
A win next week could put them out of the relegation play-off spot completely, pending other results.
Denmark
Fortuna Hjørring have once again proven the bogey team for FC Nordsjælland, defeating them 2-1 on the weekend. Joy Omewa and Shiho Matsubara were on the scoresheet for Hjørring as they lifted their side back to the top of the table, equal on points with Nordsjælland.
Winonah Heatley started and played the full match for Nordsjælland.
Netherlands
FC Twente defeated Utrecht 3-1 to secure a much needed three points. Kayleigh van Dooren, Ella Peddemors and Nikée Dianá van Dijk were the goal scorers for the home side.
