New Crawley Town boss Harry Kewell says he's excited by the vision and ambition of the club as set out by the club's new owner.
"I'm very ambitious and after speaking with the people from Crawley, their ambitions are high," he told reporters in his first press conference as manager.
"At the end of the day it was a no-brainer for me."
This is Kewell's first senior job after he left Watford's U-23 set up in recent weeks.
He'll work with assistant Warren Feeney, who Kewell knows from his time as a player at Leeds.
He said this bond would be critical in this role describing Feeney as a friend who he's kept in contact with over the years.

"I was asked to bring someone in and I feel he's [Feeney] has got the experience.
"My goal is to be known as someone who is able to bring clubs like Crawley up and being known to bring exciting football," added Kewell.
He said his attacking mindset would filter through to the Town side as they look to build a promotion challenging season in 2017/18.
"I'm a very versatile person, so I can adapt," he added when quizzed about his tactical and formational set up.
"But it will be an attacking style of play."

"And I'm very passionate [on the sidelines] and not afraid to show my emotions."
