Tasmania’s oldest football club showed plenty of goalscoring prowess in the Preliminary Rounds, scoring 14 goals on their way to the Round of 32.

South Hobart kicked things off with a 3-0 win over Barnestoneworth United, before edging five-time Final Rounds entrants Devonport City in a thrilling 4-3 encounter.

They continued their strong form with a 4-0 victory against Riverside Olympic before sealing qualification with a narrow win over South East United.

Now, on their long-awaited return to the national stage, South Hobart will host South Melbourne in a compelling Round of 32 clash.
