Football Federation Australia (FFA) CEO David Gallop today said football fans across the nation are wishing for a speedy recovery for FFA Chairman Frank Lowy AC.
Last week Mr Lowy underwent an operation in Europe after suffering a subdural haematoma, a head injury likely to have been caused by his fall during the presentation at the Hyundai A-League Grand Final in May.
“On behalf of the football community, I send our best wishes to Frank and our hopes for a full and rapid recovery,” Gallop said.
“Medical reports indicate that he will make a full and speedy recovery and we look forward to seeing the Chairman back home soon.”
