Football Federation Australia (FFA) has found that the Newcastle Jets chairman Nathan Tinkler breached the National Code of Conduct in an incident following the Hyundai A-League Round 26 match at Hunter Stadium on 17 April 2015.
Mr Tinkler has been issued with an official reprimand and counselled on his obligation at all times to behave in a manner that promotes and upholds the highest standards of integrity, dignity and professionalism in Australian football. He has seven business days in which to appeal this finding.
