Ange Postecoglou’s Caltex Socceroos remain in the World’s top 50 after FIFA released its official rankings for May on Thursday night.
Australia moved up to 50th in April and have maintained their position in the latest release.
The Socceroos previously jumped six spots following a draw against Iraq in Tehran (1-1) and a crucial win over UAE in Sydney (2-0) in World Cup Qualifying in late March.
