Adelaide United FC players Ross Aloisi, Angelo Costanzo and Kristian Rees were joined by their coach John Kosmina in a three day visit to the regional centre of Mount Gambier in South Australia last week. The Adelaide United representatives had a hectic time attending the final session of a Telstra Football Anytime program, a luncheon in recognition of the volunteers involved in the TFA program, the launch of the Mount Gambier Adelaide United Supporters Club as well as watching a local junior and senior football match.

Participants at the Telstra Football Anytime program were fortunate enough to be presented their kits by John Kosmina at the conclusion of the session after which they were able to meet the players and were given signed team photographs and other Adelaide United merchandise.

The following day the groups attended a local Under 11 match and were introduced to the players prior to the game. After the match TFA was promoted and there were more autographs and distribution of free merchandise. That afternoon they attended a local Premier League match and at half-time the Hyundai A-League Premiers Trophy was carried around the ground by two junior Under 11 team captains.

Football Federation Australia Community Football Programs Coordinator John Mundy accompanied the Adelaide United FC group and whilst in town met with local representatives from the football community including the women-s association.
