Rewind: Redlands United produce stunning 'cupset' to shock A-League Men champions

Just a day after Green Gully knocked out Central Coast Mariners, Redlands United proceeded to go one better and eliminate reigning A-League Men champions Adelaide United.

The NPL side from Queensland recorded a memorable 2-1 extra-time win at Perry Park in 2016 to claim the third 'cupset' in the Australia Cup.

Ryan Kitto on his Reds return opened the scoring in the 62nd minute with a finish, but a rare goalkeeper error from Eugene Galekovic threw Redlands a lifeline with Michael Lee equalising in the 94th minute.

With the ascendancy, the hosts then snatched the go-ahead goal courtesy of Paul O'Brien's close range effort which sparked jubilant scenes.
