Lucas Neill, Tim Cahill, Richie Garcia and Mark Schwarzer all featured for their sides in the post-Christmas Premier League fixtures.

Europe: England Premiership

Lucas Neill played a full game while Tim Cahill played 60 minutes in Everton-s 2-0 win at home to Burnley. Just two days earlier they each played 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw away to Sunderland.

Richard Garcia played 77 minutes in Hull-s 3-1 home loss at Man United.

Mark Schwarzer played a full game in Fulham-s 2-1 loss at Chelsea. He also played a full game in the scoreless draw at home to Tottenham.

Championship

Adam Federici played a full game in Reading-s 4-1 loss at Plymouth Argyle, just 48 hours after playing another 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw at home to Swansea City.

Rhys Williams played a full game in Middlesbrough-s 2-1 loss to Barnsley. He also played a full game and scored in the 3-0 win over Scunthorpe.

League 1

Patrick Kisnorbo played a full game in Leeds United-s 3-1 win at home over Hartlepool. Two days later he played a full game in the 4-2 win at Stockport County.

Europe: Scotland Premier League

Danny Invincible played a full game in Kilmarnock-s 0-0 draw away to Dundee United.

Scott McDonald played 60 minutes in Celtic-s 2-0 win at home to Hamilton Academicals.

Japan Emperor-s Cup

Josh Kennedy-s Nagoya Grampus is through to the final of the Emperor-s Cup after beating Shimizu S-Pulse in a penalty shoot-out. Kennedy won the penalty which saw his team equalise in the 56th minute to earn a 1-1 draw. They-ll meet Gamba Osaka in the final.
