Sweden

Kristianstads DFF continue their season with a game against Vittsjö on Sunday, 11pm AEST. They are coming off a loss, after falling 3-1 in a catch-up game against Norrköping last week, but will be favourites to pick up the three points against tenth-place Vittsjö.

Clare Polkinghorne will be available for Kristianstads, while Amy Sayer continues to rehab an ACL injury that she acquired at the start of the year. Additionally, seven-time CommBank Matilda Remy Siemsen signed for the club during the international break and may make her debut on the weekend.

AIK Fotboll also does not play until next week, meaning that goalkeeper Jada Whyman will have to wait until then to be in line to make her debut.

Aivi Luik’s BK Häcken recommence their campaign on Thursday against Hammarby IF.

Denmark

FC Nordsjaelland will kick off a new season as defending champions when they take on HB Køge on Sunday, 9pm AEST. The first few weeks of the season will be vital as they look to pick up important points to defend their title and also to prepare for UEFA Champions League qualification in September.

Winonah Heatley will take renewed confidence into the campaign after appearing for Australia for the first time in a ‘B’ International before Paris 2024™, and will once again be a vital part of Nordsjaelland’s squad.

Netherlands

FC Twente’s pre-season continues on the weekend, with the side taking on SGS Essen on Saturday, 10pm AEST. 18-year-old Daniela Galic started the friendly against German side Wolfsburg last week and will have another opportunity to stretch her legs against the fellow Frauen-Bundesliga side on the weekend.

England

The pre-season is underway for WSL clubs, with Arsenal and Chelsea travelling Stateside to continue their preparations for the upcoming season. Caitlin Foord, Steph Catley and Kyra Cooney-Cross' Arsenal will take on Washington Spirit in the first of their pre-season friendlies on Monday at 4:00am AEST, available to watch for free via DAZN's YouTube Page.

Meanwhile, Sam Kerr's Chelsea will play their first game under their new coach Sonia Bompastor when the Blues take on Gotham FC. This clash will be an interesting task for the reigning WSL Champions, with Chelsea taking on their former players, Ann-Katrin Berger and Jess Carter, for the first time since the duo left the Blues following the end of the 2023/24 season. This game will kick off at 9:00am AEST on Tuesday morning, available to watch for free via DAZN's YouTube Page.
