Massimo Luongo admits he didn't expect to see so much game time at the Asian Cup but says he is relishing the opportunity afforded to him by Ange Postecoglou.
Luongo was a surprise starter in Australia's opening match against Kuwait but justified his inclusion with a man-of-match performance in Melbourne, punctuated by a vital goal in the first half.
The 22-year-old retained his spot in the Socceroos' line-up against Oman and again showed his class with another assured performance in the 4-0 rout.
