Daniela Galic has been named on the NXGN 2025 list of the 25 best teenage wonderkids in women's football. Galic is named on the list for a second consecutive season.
GOAL's annual NXGN list ranks the world's top teenage talents in men's and women's football, with players born on or after January 1, 2006, making up the list. Galic was ranked 15th on the 2024 edition of the list, and has been ranked at 16th on the 2025 edition.
Since last year's list, Galic has made the move abroad to FC Twente and has been playing with the Dutch champions of the 2025 season. The midfielder made her debut for the CommBank Matildas against Switzerland and has gone on to make 5 senior appearances for the senior team.
Galic has scored one goal for her team in the Netherlands first goal, finding the back of the net in the UEFA Women's Champions League. Twente currently sit in third on the Eredivisie table, just two points behind the ladder leaders Ajax.
