Maiden Call-Up

Earning her first senior national team selection is forward Kahli Johnson, who becomes the latest CommBank Young Matildas talent to step into the senior ranks. The 21-year-old attacker has impressed in both her stints in the Ninja A-League and Canada’s Northern Super League.

The forward lit up the Ninja A-League Women's at the start of the season with Western United, earning herself a move to Calgary Wild FC in the inaugural season of the NSL. The Australian scored a brace in Calgary's only win of the season, a 4-1 victory over Halifax Tides.
